RETURN & REFUND POLICY

30-Day Returns
You have 30 days after your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Damaged, Defective, Wrong or Missing Items
Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, not what you ordered, or never arrived, contact us within 30 days at msohshop@gmail.com with your order number and a photo (if possible). We will send you a free replacement or a full refund, and you will not need to send the item back.

Changed Your Mind?
No problem. Contact us at msohshop@gmail.com to start a return and we will send you the return instructions. Because our returns are processed internationally, return shipping costs are paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the full price of the item.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need a few extra days to show the refund. Original shipping was free, so there are no shipping charges to refund.

Exchanges
If you would like a different color, the fastest way is to return your item as described above and place a new order.
